Fivenine Collective Return Policy
At Fivenine Collective, our commitment to quality stands paramount. Should you receive your chosen item and find it's not the perfect fit, we are here to help. You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving your purchase to initiate returns or exchanges. Below are the specifics of our return policy:
ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST INCLUDE THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING (PRODUCT BAG) - NO EXCEPTIONS
Exchanges and Shipping Details:
- Fivenine Collective does not bear the shipping costs for money-back returns or store credit requests.
- We offer complimentary exchanges, and we cover the shipping cost
- Once your item reaches us, please allow 5 - 7 business days for us to process the return or exchange.
Refunds:
- The shipping cost for money-back returns will be on the customer.
- To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and retain their original tags. This is non-negotiable.
- Should the item exhibit signs of wear, we will issue a store credit in place of a refund.
Exchanges & Store Credit:
- The shipping charge for store credit requests will be borne by the customer.
- Store credit returns that are found to have been damaged WILL NOT be accepted for store credit or refund
- Fivenine Collective covers shipping for exchanges.
- Returned products must be in unworn, unwashed, and pristine condition, in their original packaging.
- We are unable to process returns for items with human/animal hair, indications of having been washed, or those that bear smells of smoke, cologne, deodorant, or exhibit sweat stains.
- Please note that "Final Sale", "Sale", or purchases made during the holiday period are not eligible for return or exchange.

Checking Return/Exchange Status:
If you've commenced a return or exchange, it typically takes 5-7 business days for processing. An email update will be sent once processed.
Received the Wrong Item? Kindly reach out to us at thefivenineco@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Order email
- A snapshot of the incorrect item and packing list
After validation, we'll send you a return label and dispatch the correct item within 5-7 business days.
Damaged/Defective Merchandise: If your item arrived flawed or damaged, please forward an email to thefivenineco@gmail.com including:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Order email
- Your preference (would you like a refund or replacement?)
- A clear photograph depicting the defect or poor print quality, set against a flat background, ensuring the tag and error are distinctly visible.
