Shipping policy
All items ship the same day if possible, if not they will be shipped the next business day (Monday-Friday).
If you notice you have input an incorrect address, you have 1-2 days to contact me at thefivenineco@gmail.com.
If the package is sent to the wrong address and returned back to the sender the customer will be liable for any extra shipping and handling fees.

STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES
If a package says delivered but you have not received it for any reason, we are not responsible for stolen or lost goods. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
